When you’re ready to reach customers at scale, the Procore Technology Partner Program is your trusted path to listing on the Procore Marketplace — a curated, managed ecosystem of certified apps. A Marketplace listing gives your integration visibility to a global customer base and Procore’s stamp of trust.

The Technology Partner Journey

For developers and companies who want to list on the Procore Marketplace, the Technology Partner journey ensures that published apps meet the highest standards of quality, security, and customer value. Procore uses a “Verify then Trust” model — only trusted partners and developers can promote their apps to production and list on the Marketplace.

Step 1: Partner Application

- Submit Your Application: Complete the Marketplace Partner Application so our team can assess your solution for complementarity, strategic alignment, and ecosystem eligibility.
- Share Your "Better Together" Story: Within the Marketplace Partner Application, highlight how your integration creates mutual value for joint customers — a core part of how we assess fit.
- Vetting Review: Our team reviews your application and "Better Together" story, then follows up with a decision.

Step 2: Technical Feasibility

- Complete the Technical Feasibility Assessment: If your partner application is approved, we'll send you the Technical Feasibility Assessment to complete — documenting your integration's architecture and data flows to confirm your approach is viable.
- Confirm Your Integration Approach: As part of the assessment, confirm your approach against Procore's platform capabilities — available app types, authentication methods, and data handling standards outlined in the API Usage Guidelines.

Step 3: Build, Test & Certify

- Build Your App: Once you pass Technical Feasibility, build and finalize your integration using Procore's APIs, the Developer Sandbox, and Marketplace Requirements.
- Complete the Certification Assessment: With your integration built, submit it for the Certification Assessment — a production-readiness review of security, API efficiency, and reliability. Include your integration diagram and a demo video of your end-to-end user workflow.
- Certify for Production: When your integration is reviewed and certified, Procore grants you temporary partner status to promote it to production. We strongly encourage using this access to validate with at least one beta customer.

Step 4: Partner Agreement

- Sign Agreements: After your app is certified, complete the Procore Framework Agreement and Technology Partner Addendum to convert your temporary status into full Technology Partner membership.
- Receive Confirmation: Get your countersigned agreements via email.

Step 5: Launch & Go-to-Market

- Complete Your Marketplace Listing: Once you're a full Technology Partner, finalize your listing content, screenshots, and a marketing demo video, following the Marketplace Listing Guidelines. This customer-facing video is separate from the technical walkthrough submitted at certification.
- Submit for Final Review: Your listing undergoes a final validation before publication on the Marketplace. See the Marketplace Approval Checklist.
- Launch and Grow: Track your app's marketplace traffic, installations, and usage through the Developer Portal. Keep your app and listing updated based on platform changes and customer feedback.

Updates to Guidelines and Enforcement

Procore Technologies reserves the right to revise the Developer Documentation at any time. We may remove or decline to publish any Marketplace listing at our discretion.
